  1. Nature Walks- Really tune into your surroundings, notice the small things in life and set yourself a goal to find something special to you in nature. 
  2. Talk to someone- If this is a family member, a friend, colleague or a professional, this is bravest thing you can do and opening up to someone can really take the world from your shoulders. 
  3. Be kind to yourself- We are only human, we all make mistakes and you are often so caught up in being nice to others, you forget yourself. 
  4. Treat yourself- A posh coffee, a new outfit a chocolate bar? No matter how big or small, make yourself a priority. 
  5. Read a book- Escape to another world. If that is Hogwarts or Narnia, open up your mind and set off your imagination.
  6. Bake something, do an activity you love or start a new hobby.
  7.   Meditation or Deep breathing- Really relax, schedule 5 minuets in your day to really relax, switch off and free your mind. 
  8. Eat your favourite meal - Indulge in your favourite meal to relive childhood memories or reminisce on a memory you hold close. 
  9. Catch up with friends- Have a cosy night or go on a spontaneous adventure. 
  10. Colouring- Grab your favourite colours and let your creative flow do the rest!
